Welcome!

Welcome! My darling husband and I have been living in our century home for about a year and a half now. Homeowning creates all sorts of new adventures, and owning a century home creates even more. Friends have been interested in our experiences, and a lot of them havebeen somewhat amusing (with time, at least). It's time to share some of these exciting incidents with the world.

Who are we?

DH and I have been married for 8 years and bought our home in December 2016. We signed on December 21, moved in on December 22, and bought a Christmas tree and a garland light-up t-rex wearing a Santa hat for the front yard. Priorities?

Ori and Ple have been with us since August 2012. Ori has a kitty eating disorder and all our friends call Ple "Devil Kitty." They're the best kitties.

Sadie May has been with us since our anniversary last year. She's a rescue (as are the kitties) and her previous owner brought her to the pound because "she eats sticks." Despite displaying this (PERFECTLY NORMAL WTF PEOPLE) dog behavior, Sadie is a sweetie who makes DH very happy.
